About Us

Roman Terrace was built in the early 90's and is a not-for-profit community. 

Take a drive into our beautiful community and you will find some differences in units. On the corner of Lisa Drive and Christi, two of the Model units can be seen with wraparound decks, extra parking and even a bay window. All outer units have a window, except one unit that has an extended family/kitchen area. In total we have 152 individual units, with less than 10% being rental units.

While most units have one car garages, some have two. These two car garages also have 2 full baths, while the one car garages have a 1 and a half bath.

Safe and close knit community with a quiet surrounding. Residents care about their community will help out when possible. Our oldest neighbor who is 102 years old can be seen walking the neighborhood.
