2. Rental Units fees were recently raised to $300 per year.
3. Landscape is taken care of by our lawn maintenance company. However, co-owners are responsible for the area between the sidewalk/garage and 3 feet around the back deck. 
4. Parking considerations- no parking in the fire lane, no parking on street on garbage day. Firefighters, EMS and our garbage/recycle trucks will thank you.
5. It is imperative that we protect our investment and have all of our vehicles on the property licensed, registered and insured to avoid liability issues. These vehicles will be towed immediately at the owners expense.
